What type of surface do I need?
Grass on a level surface is the safest.

How much space do I need?
2ft extra either side of the inflatable & about 5 ft in front to make it easy to get on & off and 5 ft behind the inflatable for the blower.

When will my Inflatable arrive?
We will deliver the castle party tents at a time of your choice arranged at the time of booking.

Is the equipment safety tested?
Yes all our inflatable equipment have current safety certificates. All extension leads all have RCD plugs fitted.

Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured for £1,000,000 Public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on request.

Can you get up a flight of steps?
In most cases we can.

How does the castle stay up?
We use electric blowers, which stay on all the time the inflatable is in use, and we can provide up to 40 meters of extension lead.

Do I need to pay a booking deposit?

No. We take people at their word. All we ask is that if you need to cancel a booking then you do so with us as soon as possible.

How much electric does it use in a day?

Approximately 80p

 On what days can I hire a castle?

Our bouncy castles are available seven days a week, including bank holidays.

 What preparation is needed before you arrive?

Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc and that grass, patio areas etc are free of any sharp objects and DOG OR CAT MESS. We will need access to an electricity power point within 40m.
